When contacting us from Fontana, Rialto and Colton California for an appointment for your 3d 4d ultrasound, you can call us at 1-800-604-4014. We are open seven days a week for your convenience, but our weekend appointments fill up fast.  If you would like to come in on Saturday or Sunday, it is best to book your appointment well in advance.

For our Fontana, Rialto and Colton customers, we can usually get you a same day appointment Monday through Friday, but be sure to call us early in the day for details.

Our office is located just minutes from Fontana, Rialto and Colton areas. You can take the 210 Fwy west to the Campus exit.  Once at the Campus exit, head south (left) for about 4 miles to Foothill Blvd.  Once at Foothill Blvd., make a left (east)  on Foothill, and we are north east side of Campus and Foothill. From the 10 Freeway head west, and take  the Vineyard Ave exit.  Once at the Vineyard exit,  head north to Foothill Blvd.  Once at Foothill, head west (left) for about 5 miles. We are located at 869 E. Foothill Blvd between Hospital Parkway and Campus Ave.  We are on the north side of Foothill Blvd.

Once you’re in the Upland we suggest that you take time to eat at one of the many of the Old Town Upland Restaurants. There are many antique stores and boutiques to shop in.
